We at InverterCool pride ourselves with the effort and care taken in delivering your product. However, if your product arrives and is found to be in unacceptable condition or fails to operate properly after installation by our factory approved installer, InverterCool will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
Receiving Your Product:
In rare cases, damage may occur during the shipping process. You must take the time to inspect the goods before signing the delivery receipt presented by carrier. Once a delivery receipt has been signed, you are assuming responsibility of the product and any damage discovered later. You will be responsible for filing all freight and damage claims as well as the cost to return and replace the product. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately. Concealed damage is any damage found after unboxing the product.

Return on Uninstalled Products
Uninstalled equipment that is undamaged and in original condition & packaging may be returned if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
However, prior to returning your product, you MUST request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs must be requested within 15 days of your order's ship date. You may request an RMA by calling InverterCool’s Customer Care at +1 (855) 632 0620.
If your return in approved and an RMA is issued, the products must be received by InverterCool within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA.
Note: You may also be responsible for a restocking fee of up to 25%.
InverterCool is not responsible for the shipping fees of returned merchandise that is not damaged.
Important: All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Refunds are administered based on the condition of the returned items. Products must be in the original packaging and must not have been installed.
Refunds are made as follows:
- 100% Refund – Products that have never been installed and are in the original, unopened packaging.
- Partial or No Refund – Product in open packaging that shows signs of damage, prior installation, missing items, dented or missing panels, connecting wires showing signs of prior electrical connection or modifications.
The cost of returning and replacing an incorrectly shipped product will be 100% covered by InverterCool.
Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be considered the same as a return and handled as such.
It is our recommendation that you use only reputable shipping companies to ship your returned product and that you insure your shipment.
InverterCool is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the return shipment process.
Claims for damages or products lost during the return shipment process must be filed with your shipping company by you, the shipper.
